Thank you for shopping with MNM Moves. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms below.
Digital Products (Blueprints, PDFs, Courses, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access is granted.
Digital products cannot be returned, revoked, or “un-downloaded,” therefore we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances except where required by law.
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Downloaded products
- “I changed my mind”
- “I didn’t read the description”
- Trading performance dissatisfaction
- Misunderstanding of what the product contains
- User error, lack of knowledge, or inability to apply the material
- Losses in the market (markets carry risk; you trade at your own judgment)
If you purchased accidentally or cannot access your files, contact us at info@mnmmoves.com within 7 days for review.
Physical Products (Merchandise / Apparel / Accessories)
Once MNM Moves begins offering physical merchandise, the following policies apply:
Returns
We accept returns for physical merchandise under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrived defective
Refunds for Physical Goods
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, damage, modification, or misuse.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number for replacement.
We will replace damaged items at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Physical Items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is shipped, MNM Moves is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Shipping delays
- Incorrect addresses entered by customer
Customers must contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
Chargebacks
Submitting a chargeback for a valid purchase violates these terms.
We reserve the right to block future purchases and submit proof of delivery/download to dispute chargebacks.
